Life in Paris litigation

• The Firm defended a foreign citizen from Koweit who was taken into custody by the police, after one home staff from India, who was working at her apartment in Paris filed a complaint before the Police. We have obtained a very good result for our client

• The Firm defended a citizen from Oman who received from the Private Hospital where she was admitted, an exorbitant invoice of more than EUR 250,000 for invalid reasons, and challenged the payment of such illegal invoice.

• The Firm assisted and advised a family from UAE to provide with labor contracts, social declarations for all home staff in Paris, during the two years stay of this Family and the workers in Paris.

• The Firm defended a young citizen from Saudi Arabia who was driving a luxury car in Paris and was arrested by the Police without a valid driving license. We have assisted this citizen before the police officers and obtain the dismissal of the proceedings.

Real Estate in Paris litigation

• The Firm took care of all disputes arising between our client, the owner of a beautiful apartment in Paris, and the syndicate of co-owners / neighbours who tried to file financial claims and threats against our client

• We have also assisted a diplomat from Qatar, who was renting a beautiful apartment in Paris and who was facing a financial claim before Paris court from its landlord to suddenly terminate the rental contract.

Life in Lake Geneva litigation

• The Firm has filed a criminal complaint in the interests of a Qatari Family who suffered drone illegal surveillance from a drone over its villa located in the region of Thonon Les Bains

• The Firm defended the rights of a citizen from Saudi against a fraudster who was claiming a large sum of money for the alleged obtention of residency title in France.

Real estate in Lake Geneva litigation

• The Firm defends SCI owners of villas located in Haute Savoie, against abusive financial claims presented before Thonon Les Bains Civil Tribunal, by the construction company who was in charge with the renovation works of these villas.

• Also, we have defended before the criminal tribunal a businessman from Kuwait, who entrusted the keys of his villa located near Thonon to his “trusted” caretaker in France, who finally hosted foreign illegal workers in this inhabited place.

• Finally, we are involved in a case to defend multiple families from UAE, who commonly own a residence near Geneva, and who are facing big problems with the management company of the residence – that did not take care of the building.
